16 oz sunflower shoots + 4 oz wellness mix provides the perfect amount of greens to make this smoothie all week long!
3 oz micro sunflower
1 oz wellness mix
6 oz banana - chopped, frozen
5 oz pineapple - chopped, frozen
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon flax seeds
lemon juice, to taste
1/2 cup water
- Place items in blender in the order indicated on recipe.
- Add water to help with blending. Enjoy!
